Homes for Good was founded in 2013 in Glasgow to provide quality homes within the private rented sector for people on low incomes and those who fall on the spectrum between homelessness, social, and affordable housing.
Homes for Good offers an alternative approach to a standard letting agency. It works with individuals struggling with a range of challenges including mental health issues, family breakdown and recovery from drug and/or alcohol dependency.
The loan enabled Homes for Good to purchase 53 additional properties in Glasgow

Homes for Good has a track record of bringing 190 properties back to life and providing quality support to tenants
We are really delighted to welcome SASC as our investor in the next stage of growth within Homes for Good. Since 2014, we have brought 190 properties back to life. We plan to acquire a further 53 homes with this latest significant investment, which will help us work towards our goal of owning 500 homes for people on low income by 2025.
