Anne McLoughlin

Anne embarked on her social justice career in housing rights moving through supported housing, Adult Social Care commissioning. She later assumed leadership positions in the largest rural housing association in the UK and served as CEO of local provider. Throughout her journey, she has consistently delivered outstanding results, maximised efficiency whilst driving social and sustainable outcomes.

Simultaneously, Anne maintained an interesting portfolio of non-executive roles in organisations she is passionate about. Presently she is the Chair of Homeless Link, the national membership organisation for Homelessness Charities and is a Board Member of Refugee Council, Hightown Housing Association and Cluid Housing in Ireland. She operates as independently as a management consultant and director where she supports organisations to transform services by animating their social purpose.
