Deborah Cartwright is the Director of SociaLed, a training and consultancy for socially-focussed organisations. She is also a former Charity Chief Executive with a lifelong career in the social sector. Deborah specialises in the development of practice, leadership and organisational culture. She is an Independent Domestic Homicide Panel Chair/ Report Author, a Trustee of Advance Charity, Kent Charity Mentors and an Associate with SafeLives and Research in Practice. Deborah is passionate about charities being trauma responsive, working collaboratively with those that use services and being staffed with emotionally intelligent leaders & practitioners.
