Justyna Bailey
Head of Portfolio
Justyna joined SASC in January 2022 to head up SASC’s portfolio team with looks after borrowers across all of SASC’s funds. She brings a wealth of expertise in credit risk and relationship management in the property and leveraged finance sectors. She has worked closely with customers, supporting their growth and success in her previous roles as Senior Relationship Manager at ThinCats, and formerly as Senior Portfolio Manager at Cambridge and Counties Bank, having started her career specialising in Corporate Restructuring and Insolvency at an advisory firm RSM.
Justyna is a Chartered Certified Accountant and a qualified Insolvency Practitioner and holds a First Class Honours MSc degree in Financial Management from University of Science and Technology in Krakow, Poland.
